Weekly Hot Tub Maintenance

  • Water Testing & Balancing: Ensure proper water chemistry levels (pH, chlorine, calcium, cyanuric acid & alkalinity).

  • Skimming & Vacuuming: Remove debris from water surface and vacuum removal of accumulated sand and gravel.

  • Waterline & shell Wipe Down: Cleaning of acrylic shell, steps & waterline to prevent scum and oil buildup.

  • Filter Cleaning: Thoroughly rinsing off all spa filters so they are ready for optimal performance and lifespan.

  • Equipment Inspection: Check pump, filter, and heater for optimal performance.

  • Basket Cleaning: Empty and clean skimmer & weir baskets

  • Chemical Treatment: Apply proper water care treatments to prevent bacteria growth and keep water clean & clear.

  • $95.00 per week plus stocking of water-care products
