Skimming & Vacuuming: Remove debris from water surface and vacuuming the floor.
Brushing: Clean pool walls, steps, and tiles to prevent algae and stains.
Filter Cleaning: Sand Filters will be back washed and rinsed to ensure optimal filtration.
Equipment Inspection: Check pump, filter, and heater for optimal performance.
Basket Cleaning: Empty and clean skimmer and pump baskets.
Chemical Treatment: Apply proper water care treatments to prevent algae growth and keep water clean & clear.
Customer Updates: Communicate pool condition and any recommendations.

Bi-weekly Pool Maintenance
Water Testing & Balancing: We will check and adjust water chemistry levels (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) during our visits.
Skimming & Vacuuming: Remove debris from the surface and vacuuming the pool floor.
Brushing: Clean pool walls, steps, and tiles to prevent algae buildup.
Filter Cleaning: Sand Filters will be back washed and rinsed to ensure optimal filtration.
Equipment Inspection: Check the pump, filter, and heater for proper functioning.
Basket Cleaning: Empty and clean skimmer and pump baskets.
Water Chemistry Treatment: Properly apply Water care products as needed to prevent algae growth and keep water clean & clear.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for testing and balancing the water chemistry between our bi-weekly visits to ensure the pool remains safe and enjoyable the week we’re not present.
