What areas do you serve?
We're based in Yakima and serve the Yakima Valley (including Selah and Naches), Ellensburg, Cle Elum, Desert Aire and the Tri-Cities: Kennewick, Richland and Pasco.
How much is weekly pool service?
Splash & Dash weekly service is $55/visit plus water care products, and Vac & Dash weekly service is $95/visit. Every-other-week service is $65/visit and $125/visit.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. Free estimates do not include inspections or evaluations: any evaluation carries a service fee.
How quickly can you schedule a service?
Most appointments are available within 3 to 5 business days. Emergency service may be available upon request.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We have seasonal and year-round maintenance plans to keep your pool or spa in peak condition, including our Splash & Dash, Vac & Dash and Signature Care pool plans.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Avvance by US Bank for qualifying purchases, including our Caldera spas. Our team can walk you through the application and available terms.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Central Washington Pool & Spa is licensed and insured, with 30+ years of combined experience on our team.

Hot tub questions.
Are all Caldera hot tubs saltwater?
No. Utopia spas come standard with the FreshWater Salt System. Paradise spas (2019 and newer) and Vacanza spas (2025 and newer) can add it as an option. Fantasy spas use the FROG sanitizing system and are not saltwater compatible.
Can I add a salt system to a Paradise or Vacanza hot tub?
Yes. Paradise spas made in 2019 or later and Vacanza spas made in 2025 or later can have the FreshWater Salt System added. Ask Ebony what applies to the spa you're considering.
What is FreshWater IQ?
FreshWater IQ joins the salt system with smart monitoring that checks pH, chlorine and salt levels every hour, and optional dosing on command. It comes standard on Utopia spas and is an option on Paradise spas.
Can I control my Caldera spa from my phone?
Yes, with the Caldera Spas App and the dealer-installed Connected Spa Kit, available on 2024 and newer Utopia and Paradise spas and 2025 and newer Vacanza spas. It isn't standard on any collection and isn't available on Fantasy.
What does the FreshWater Salt System do?
It is Caldera's salt-chlorine generator: it makes chlorine from salt to keep the water softer, cleaner and clear, with fewer chemicals and fewer drain and refill cycles.
Do you post hot tub prices online?
No. Caldera hot tub pricing is shared in person. Book a consultation with Ebony and she'll walk you through the models and pricing that fit what you're looking for.
